Why common pleco? and two?

Commons would get far too large and messy for a 30 gallon. Consider clown plecos, bristlenoses.

I would reconsider the serpaes, they can be fin nippers and might pester the angels. If you're looking for a nice reddish tetra, maybe bleeding hearts.

Large school of Von rio tetras or cardinal tetras, some dwarf apisto, amano shrimp, ottos and some cories.

I think if you wanted to have a pleco, which is a great fish, you could get a chocolate pleco? We have an albino version, and he has stayed under 6" for over a year now.
