Hi, I live in boston, its still around 40s here, but most places are relatively warm now. Is it okay if i skipped heat packs?
i ask because i had a betta fish arrived cooked =( and need to reship. I used an heat pack because it was 32 here that day, but was high 50s at designation.
I feel like you could skip heat packs at this point, especially if its headed south. In reality, they arent in the cold temps long between being in the post office and then on the trucks and moving. They could request hold for pickup or just make sure they are there to grab it on arrival if its colder at the destination as well to be extra careful.
