Anyone in the Detroit metro area know where I can find some sterbai cory cats thanks

They're my favorite fish currently in my aquarium --- very playful and beautiful coloration. Sorry I don't know about the Detroit area, but I did see you can order them online through liveaquaria: https://www.liveaquaria.com/product/846/sterbas-cory-cat?pcatid=846&c=830+1161+846. I don't have experience with shipping live fish, but maybe others have info...as a last resort if you can't find them locally. Good luck!

Thanks I will keep that in mind.I have a 90 gallon Discus tank with 6 Sterbai about three years old[Love them too}but lost 2 recently and would like about 4 more.I got these locally but can't seem to remember where,old age card...

Preuss Pets in Lansing was breeding either Juhlis or Sterbai-I can't remember which. Sterbai cories are also my favorite species so I hope you find some! I dislike LiveAquaria, over the years it is apparent they are way overpriced. There are some reputable sellers on Aquabid if all else fails. You could also try and have them special ordered in. I know Fish Doctors in Canton and Ypsilanti with do that.

Their are a few stores around the 94/696 area that have them. Let me know if your interested in coming up this way, and I can hit up the stores and check availability and pricing.

I'm in the 9 mile +schoenherr area so that would not be a problem I'm also retired so have the time.Thanks for your help ,if you want to mention some possibilities I will research them. again thanks...

I had to go to Livonia for business today and went to Pet Connection at 5 mile/Middlebelt. I looked, they had a few different species but not sterbai. Haven't been there in years, and it is still one of the nicest LFS around.

Petsmart in the Detroit area has been carrying them a lot lately. I don't see large number of them though. Usually I only see 2 or 3 at a time. The the stores on Little Mac in Roseville Rochester road in Troy and Hall road in Utica has had them as of late. I'm not sure but the one in Livonia might have them too. They're pretty nice ones too. Good color and except they want $10 each. Petsmart usually gets their fish in on Fridays so I'd go or call on Saturday.
