Thank you for the kindly words, Pals!
Yes, those Guy is a Banjo cat, but what kind of variety…I still don’t know…!??
Looking at the pictures in the Net…so “qualify”…I can’t recognize it…!?
What do you think – is it Dysichthys coracoideus , or bunocephalichthys ?

So, may be these next 5 detailed photos of mine may be help...
Usually, this Banjo cat is hiding in the tank and show up only in feeding time…
Attaching to woods or hiding below them, his mimicry helps him to be almost invisible…

At the end of the this “hard photo session”…after much tempting meal, which I had giving to him…
He even gave me a lovely cat smile…

I was thinking of getting some Banjo cats down the road but I was under the impression that to see them I'd have to change my sleeping habits. Did you take this picture during the day?
Thankjs for sharing those incredible photo's. Seldom does one get a close up look at a Banjo Cat. As you mentioned they are reclusive.

:icon_bigg Usually I take my photos late in the evening…daytime is quite busy for me…;)
I know where this Guy is hiding all the time…just move that wood from the back of the tank to the front side…
and beginning to feast him with some special foods…:icon_idea
The rest was only to get a dozen quick shots…

My camera is CANON 350D + two of my favorite lenses:
EF 50 mm/f2.5 Compact-Macro and EF 50 mm. f/1.8 II
I’m not very skilled with the PHOTOSHOP and do only the quick and necessary editing with it…;)

You should post your catfish photos to PlanetCatfish.com - PlanetCatfish ? home of aquarium catfishes ! Would be a great addition to the photo files and you could also get an ID on the banjo cat.
Hey aquasaur do you still have your leopard sailfin pleco? Noticed the photo in opening post is a 'baby photo'.
