I got the damnedest thing today. A friend request from a good ol' snake oil company.

I call BS on them. Why?

A) I've never heard of them
B) I've never seen them in stores
C) Their claims are pretty "out there"

Man, hopefully I just removed some of their customer base. They try to make me their friend and I betray them. I'm such a jerk.

It just makes me upset that the aquarium product trade is full of soooo much snake oil. There's so many myths/rumors/lies circulating, and companies (coughMarcWeisscough) love to prey on them.
