So when I bought all my plants, noticably my Amazon swords, there was a whole bunch of tiny snail eggs on them. i thought I got rid of them. Well I keep seeing these tiny snails in there now, and holes are all over my plants. Is it possible they're eating my plants?!

that is possible, especially if they are ramshorn snails. there are certain ramshorns that eat plants.

How do I get rid of the nasty buggers? Will Flourish Excel kill them?

Unless you have Giant Ramshorn snails, it's unlikely that they're eating your plants.

Pond Snails, Bladder Snails, Ramshorns only eat already dead/dying plant matter.

What the heck are all these weird little holes then? Because When I planted all five of these swords, they were just fine looking.

Looks like there's some yellowing on those plants. Leads me to believe it's a nutrient issue with the plant or they're adjusting to the tank. Leaves snails to chow down on dead and decaying matter.

With the exception of the giant ramshorn or 1 or 2 varieties of apple snails, most only eat dying plants. Something isn't right with co2/temp/light/ferts for the holes to be appearing.

Yup that's a carbon or potassium deficiency. Most likely carbon. The plant is literally taking apart its own older leaves to make new ones.
