Despite people telling me to use a bottle instead because it would be easier, I decided to go ahead and go through the stupendous effort (8 hours) of making a lobster pot for my shrimp. It's all bamboo, thread and wood held together with superglue, and weighted at the bottom with natural Californian obsidian shards. There's a plastic door on the far side, and a small box for food inside. Even if it doesn't work, I wanted to make one.
