if your following my posts today you will see i'm having a BAD day.

i JUST added CO2 (day 2, DIY) to this tank... it's suddenly has yellow plants WHAT???

okay, yellow, brown, holes...

i use seachem flourish 1 ml every 2 days 1/2 ml in between
iron, trace, 4-6 drops every day or two
potassium, nitrogen (just started the nitrogen/potassium) 3-4 drops 2 days now

obviously something is off

substrate 1/2 shrimp sand (up aqua) 1/2 carib sea planted substrate

freshwater tank with neoC. shrimp

Seachem has their own recommended dosing regimen:

From what it looks like, you are dosing way too little (if this is in your 6 gallon aquarium).

Your yellowing plants are not due to your CO2, but without more information (such as lighting), we cannot really be sure.

In addition, what are your water parameters like?

Finally, plants can take some time before they start showing deficiencies/improvement; this means that the yellowing is only showing up now due to the deficiencies that the plants encountered awhile back.

i have 2 100 watt 6500k (clipped on wine bottles) over the tank

parms are 7.4 ph, 0 ammonia, 0 nitrate/nitrites,

my hornswort is looking great and everything red turned a nice red (i added iron/trace a few weeks ago).
