Is this a new fish? have you added any new fish? did you check your water parameters and temp? do you feed sinking pellets? there is a website with alot of goldfish info called the gab.

I feed mine peas but you take the skin off the pea and mash it a little. use the frozen kind a cook it just enough to reach room temp.
