Sick Cardinal Tetra

I noticed one of my cardinal tetras has these lesions on its side. I caught it and removed it from the tank and tried to get some pictures in the process. Outerwear Finger Creative arts Nail Woolen

Anyone have any idea what might be wrong with it?
