Does anyone know where to get Siamese Algae Eaters that will ship right now? Sorry if this is not in the correct forum :icon_conf I have tried aquariumfish but they claim its to cold right now...

Probably is. Don't know where you are at (you could at least put you state in your profile), but it's only been 22F for a "high" here the last several days (and several to come). Low's have been in single->teens.

I've even put off getting any plants until things warn up a bit.

Tough time of year to ship anything "live".

Strange cause I just had fish shipped last week and it wasn't much different.. I figured with a heat pack and overnight shipping they would be fine.

I was going to try them but didn't like the fact that they don't show you the shipping prices until you submit your info and paid. I went with liveaquaria.com to overnight them. Thanks again for the replies.

Well my 5 SAE's are now in the tank and I guess you get what you pay for cause there service was top notch. roud:

Yeah they are I was very happy with the service they provided. I asked for babies and they are about a inch long right now. They came in a little styrofoam cooler bagged up with a heat pack attached to the top of the cooler. The water was about 74 when they got here and its 35 outside right now. Even though it was more then I would of paid anywhere else the service they provided was worth it. I will try and get pics when they settle down some.
