Hi all,

I'm battling a serious algae infestation in my 12 gallon. The algaa I've ID'd so far are:

1. Clado
2. Black Brush Algae
3. Black Thread Algae

Does anyone know what type of shrimp eat these algae? I have Amanos and Cherries already, but it doesn't look like they touch the Clado. The Cherries nibble a bit on the brush, but that's about it.

Any suggestions welcome and appreciated!

the amano should be the best algae eater, try not feeding the shrimps for a couple of days

Ah, that's probably why. I feed them a Hikari algae waffer everyday

amano's will take care of the clado if you dont feed them.
