Hey guys,

Could someone please ID these shrimp. On lighter substrate they turn light purple red and almost dark black on dark substrate.

Next to impossible to id from that pic...

It looks similar to a caridina sp. that I have a few of, but very very hard to tell.

I dont think it is a bee or a bumble bee.... a better picture would help alot!

I need better pics, but looks like the "Ninja Shrimp", or a wild "Neocaridina sp."

Ninja Shrimp is kind of a generic name for a larger group of shrimp... There is one that is a "ninja" but they are rare... It is not a wild Neocaridina sp. from what I can see, it looks much more like a Caridina sp... But again, hard to tell!

It looks small enough to be a "Neocaridina sp." or could be a juvenile "Ninja Shrimp".

However, "Caridina sp." is always a possibility so I would isloate this little booger and see how large it grows and coloration.

These are simple common oak leaves ---- microwave and then air dried. Microwave kills all boogers hehe.
