Short term storage of bumble bees

Can I hold about a dozen bumble bee shrimp in a 1g plastic container with some moss for about 2 days without problems?

That should not be a problem as long as they are acclimated to the water that is in the bucket. I would also recommend some sort of air bubbler as well as making sure you maintain the temperature. I keep my fish room a stable temp, you may want to keep the bucket in a room that is stable.
