shop light and icecap ballast

Can I get a shop light and replace the ballast with and icecap to overdrive the bulbs?

Sure, although it is like... putting a Corvette engine in a Geo Metro. I mean you could get a $18 ballast from Home Depot and do the same thing. But if you like Icecap... why not. ;)
