hey guys. i have an ADA mini-m which currently houses yellow shrimp. I am interested in setting up my tank to house CRS, and eventually possibly use my 55 gallon as a breeder tank when the mini-m becomes crowded. I am worried that my water is not suitable for them. Here are my parameters.

ph-7.6
gh-200

Are those parameters acceptable for CRS? What is the cheapest/most practical ways to change my ph safely?

thanks for your help.

bsmith- Thanks for posting. I think your right, I will probably order some tomorrow. 3L will be enough for a mini-m i think. Anyone know the difference between Ammazonia I and II?

Looks like ill go with Ammazonia I when adg.shop gets it back in stock. And yes I will be moving the yellows to my brothers 20 long yellow shrimp tank until the ammonia stops leaching.

thanks for posting everyone

Do you think with my hardness, Ammazonia and Ammazonia II would both bring it down to a good level to breed CRS? I am looking for a black substrate so i might go with the Ammazonia II if that would work as far as bringing my PH and GH down

thanks again everyone
