I'm sure someone would buy it, but it is a very common plant so I doubt you will make much money, if at all.

If you mean Limnophila sessiliflora that is a plant that isn't supposed to be shipped into many if not all states, since it is considered a pest weed. Nice plant, but it really grows fast.

I think the message is don't let it out into nature in any way...you already have plenty of it...
