8 months ago I've mixed by mistake my RCS colony with few chocolate neos, I do culling and keep only RCS for 5 months now. Believe it or not but still to these days I'm getting few chocolate or blue Neos. After months the chocolate are gone. Is it possible females RCS would storage sperm or genes from chocolate for such a long time?

Sperm? No. Genes? Yes. Genes are genetic code... and would be how two dark haired people could have a blond haired blue eyed child, despite both parents having dark hair and dark eyes.

If Chocolate x Cherry produced Cherry colored offspring, it is indeed possible for those future generations to throw Chocolate or Blue offspring.... and Cherries have their own Blue offspring, too...

Thnx, so it this case I need to do constant culling for a long time to get finally only red cherry colony

lol that's what im doing rn, very difficult at first but I know in the long run it will somewhat pay off :)
Pretty much...

Although, if you could pull any berried females without causing them any stress and see what colored offspring you get from them, you could try removing any females that throw any non-red offspring... get even more complicated, do test breeding between known females that throw non-red offspring and any red males.

Otherwise, just keep it simple and cull non-red colored offspring.
