Yes I agree. That is why I put it here hoping someone will snag it. I wish it would have been a month ago or so.

It is not a regulator though, it is a flow meter. Basically it is one big needle valve operating at full tank pressure. It is not really made to work at the minuscule bubble counts we run on aquariums.
