Whats the best way to seal the regulator-tank connection? Also, my bubble counter is leaking from the bottom where it attaches to the milwaukee regulator. Where do you get replacements for those?

Cant help you on the bubble counter but to seal the regulator to the tank you place a washer between them. The force of the threads pulling the regulator to the tank partially crushes the washer and forms the seal. Some regulators use a permanent rubber seal that is attached to the end of the regulator stem. An example of the washer can be seen here: http://www.greenleafaquariums.com/co2-regulator-seals.html

Do they sell replacement O-Rings?
Most hardware stores have a selection of o-rings. You just match the one you have to a new one, or if you dont have one currently find one that fits tightly in the desired area without being overly distended. They should cost less than a dollar.
