Flourish and Flourish Iron will cover plants needs for micro nutrients. Excel is a CO2 replacement, but not really efficient and economical for anything but nano tanks.

For a moderately lit tank you would also need some macro nutrients -- Nitrates, Phosphates and Potassium. While Seachem offers all of them, using the dry components is more economical for all but the smallest tanks. Especially the Potassium is a joke... you'd go through a bottle in no time.
