My name is Lance and this is my first high tech tank.
Tank: Used AGA 20g "High"
Lighting: Coralife 1x65w CF Aqualight
Substrate: ADA Aquasoil Malayan(roughly 14 liters)
Filtration: Ehiem 2213 Canister with Cal Aqualabs intake/return
Other hardware: Hydor ETH inline heater, 5lb aluminum co2 tank, Rex Grigg Regulator, DIY glass bottle bubble counter, DIY Rex Grigg Reactor

Ferts: Greg Watson via the EI method

Sun, Tues, Thurs
1/4 tsp NO3
1/32 tsp KH2PO4
1/16 tsp K2SO4

Mon, Wed, Fri
5ml Flourish micro

Sun after waterchange
1/8 tsp Barr GH Booster

Fauna:
12 Galaxy Rasbora
2x oto catfish
Handful of red cherry shrimp


This picture was taken a few nights ago. It is of poor quality.

Today the tank went under the knife drastically and I will post a new picture after some growth occurs. Lets just say the number of speices of plants in the tank has been reduced and the layout freshened up a lot. I also went on a crusade to rid myself of the duckweed.

Tank looks good! Is that glosso? Try replanting the stems to make them grow horizontally more, rather then vertically.

Is that duckweed? Remove the duckweed from the top.

Great job. I don't mind the duckweed as I think it is a good algae preventer. BUT, the glosso would grow closer to the substrate with more light...so removing the floating plant would help accomplish that.

Any fish planned?

ALso, that seems like a lot of nitrate to dose. I typically used 1/8 tspn nO3 3Xweekly in a 29 gallon tank.
