It happened, I got bored with my 29g. It just does not have the depth I want, and is like something rimless...

I bought a 24" fixture recently. It fills the 30" tank pretty much perfectly at just about every height from low light(Hung high) to high light (still Hung pretty high....4bulb)

Part of the reason I got it was to desuade myself from getting too large of a tank until I get my scape and fish keeping chops up. I knew spending the $s on it would make me hesitant to take the hit on resale.

So, what are my options and how do they stack up?
60g cube (24x24x24)
Ada 75p (30x18x18)
Something custom? 30x24x24 or 18 tall?

What are the stocking differences between the tanks?
Noodle on that...

The fixture will move between the tanks pretty well. Might be a little problem with the 60g cube on coverage front to back. 6 Bulb fixtures are usually recommended minimum for 60g cubes.

Stocking: ADA 75p about 50% more than your 29 based on surface area and 60% more on the 60g cube based on surface area.
