I have a saltwater aquarium, and I was wondering if there's a reason I shouldn't use it to clean plants.
I was thinking I could swirl the plants around in there, then rinse them off. I mean... Wouldn't everything freak and drop off the plants, then get eaten by the fish?

It should work for smaller, more sensitive bugs. Just make sure to manually check for things like dragonfly nymphs. I ended up with 4 from some cabomba I collected myself and they were a pain to catch.

I'm thinking more along the lines of wormy-things. Do you think the salt would make them let go? I know it'll make leeches let go...
