How long has she been berried? If she's just berrying the saddle may not be 'empty' yet. If she's close to hatching she may be producing the saddle to get rebred as soon as the babies drop, which is not that uncommon. If this is like 2 weeks in from berrying, well, ya got me!

I'd say she's been berried for a week, if that. And i just noticed the saddle today!

Ok... as i was snapping another photo, i noticed 3 other female the same way. Maybe the yellows are so much clearer than the cherries, i've never noticed this before.
