S. Repens choke out DHS

I have a small nano planted with S. Repens and DHG. The DHS is growing like crazy and is very and lush but the S. Repens is seriously encroaching on the area planted with DHG. Everyday it seems I lose more and more DHS. Anybody every have similar issues.

Can't you just trim back?

yes but I've always read how DHS invades everything. The Repens ae invading the DHS.

It's just part of maintaining a planted tank. The plants aren't always (if ever) going to grow the way you want. You have to continuously trim, move/remove, replant to keep the look you want.
