AP or seachem... what is the difference and which is better....

I like the Ferka root tabs from green leaf aquarium. I don't know about the AP root tabs, but in my experience, the Ferka root tabs grow plants better than the Seachem ones. Also, when I bought them, the Ferka ones were cheaper per root tab.
