To feed the following plants, do I need root tabs, liquid (or dry that I mix myself) or both?

Here are the plants:

Cryptocoryne Balansae10
Madagascar Lace 1
Java Fern, Lace 1
Crinum Aquatica 1
Criunum Calamistratum 1
Java Moss 2
Tiger Lotus, Red 3(bulbs, not sprouted)
Cryptocoryne Parva 3
Dwarf Hairgrass 3
Anubias, Gigantea 1

Go with both. Java fern, mosses, and anubias when attached to hardscape feed from the water column. The rest of the plants you have will do better with root tabs, especially the crypts and crinums.
