I just tied some Riccia to a rock (1st time) with a green scrubby and it worked fairly well and was quick, I don't know if it will grow enough on the sides to hide everthing.

I have 2.58 wpg (387 watts) do you think it will grown in this light, its 25 inches from the light? The tank has C02 and the Riccia is already pearling.

Also I let a very small portion of it float, will it be ok or will it make a mess?

Will any fish try to eat this plant?

I'm guessing this stuff is not very hard to grow, some parts (300) have already peeked from behind the plastic and were pearling just minutes after this stuff was in the water, the bright green color really looks nice.

So after a couple hours there's new growth, it's lights out now and I have the feeling I'll be trimming by the end of the week.

It should not be a problem for you. It's a pretty easy and undemanding plant.
