Simple cure. Heat up the end of the tubing with a match/lighter just enough to soften it a bit. Then slide it on the rhinox. Let it seat for a minute or two before putting it back in the water.
Rhinox diffuser
Anyone else having problems keeping the tubing connected to the diffuser? It just keep sliding off.
