Check out the sticky on the top of this forum. Scolley did a fantastic job on this tank. It's not a re-seal, but it's basically the same thing. In that post is also a link to where I re-sealed a 55.

I don't think it's difficult. It is time consuming if you want the job done correctly. Course, thats just my opinion.
