I am looking at a couple of regulators. The two I am looking at are the GLA Gro which is a single stage reg and the CO2 art pro se series which is a 2 stage reg. What is the pros and cons to these 2 regulators other than 1 is single stage and 1 is 2 stage?
Well one is cheapo nonsense you shouldn't buy since it's 200 dollars for the same design you can get on Amazon for 70 dollars minus the name brand. The other is a 2 stage regulator that won't gas your fish to death if you have an end of tank situation.
This is a common question. Like @minorhero states, the dual-stage regulators are designed to prevent a sudden rush of gas from flooding your aquarium. This is called end-of-tank syndrome and can be fatal. The dual-stage regulators have been designed in a way that stops the EOT flood from happening.
All our regulators also come with full five years warranty, lifetime support, and a worldwide community of aquascapers who use them on both hobbyist and professional setups.
