I've got a few rock-wool potted Cryptocorynes in one of my smaller tanks, that I want to transfer and remove/plant in a newly started dirted with gravel/sand capped tank. The new tank is just about 7 days into it's cycle and I'm wondering if I should wait until the new tank has had a chance to stabilize a bit before I replant them to reduce the change of the dreaded melt?

They will be going from similar water conditions and temperatures, maybe slighty more nutrients in the water of the new tank (Ammonia/mitrites/nitrates.) They've been fully submersed since I've purchased them and have been adding new leaves with regularity.
