Hi, how should I reduce lighting intensity?

I can't raise the current fixture any higher.

what is a good light fixture for a low light 20g?
something LED maybe, a dimmer option would be great.

Window screen over the light, floating plants on your tank surface, all are good options. How did you determine your light is too bright?
