Red Sea 500 reactor question

I'm trying to maximize my CO2 in the tank and the reactor is the Red Sea 500 unit, which has a flow rate adjustment. My question is..By turning the flow rate all the way up will there be more CO2 injected in the tank?

When I used the RS500 I bought I found I got better saturation rates than when it was toned down.
