Seen a really gorgeous plant at a pet store today they called it red crinkle. I can't seem to find much if any info doing a google search. Anyone know anything about it?

99.9% chance it's not really aquatic and will die if kept fully sumbersed.

if its Hemigraphis exotica its non aquatic, also sold as purple waffle

looks great as a house plant in a pot though. funny thing is i see it at walmart in both the garden section and in fish tanks lol way better in garden section gets a fuzzy texture to it

Yup looked kinda like that. Had small root shoots off of it like wisteria gets. Disappointed now if its not a aquatic plant. It looks soo good.

seen these planted in a few peoples hob/riparium style above water in tank (only roots in water)

There are a couple of aquatic Altenanthera species you might really like and be good options if you're running CO2 on your tank.

I am running a diy co2 at moment but hoping to run a tank co2 by end of summer or sooner.
