Hiya

So I updated my journal this morning after having problems with my tank.

To cut a long story short I bought this berried red cherry last week. It was in a tank with lots of fish circling the java moss so I don't know how many of these would have survived.

Anyway I was taking some macros of the shrimplet eyes when some started to swim off.

Cool eye shots. Maybe it's because I'm looking at it on my phone but those little things look like copepods, not shrimplets. http://www.fcps.edu/islandcreekes/ecology/Arthropods/Copepod/Macrocyclops_albidus-ohneEi.jpg

I've never seen shrimplets before so you could be right, the ones I have seen since didn't have such features, just long and super tiny...
Sorry to say but that is not a shrimplet. Very cool photos though!
Oh I fail! :)

Thanks though! I will add more pics if I can when I am 100% sure ;)
Haha you know when you are sure when you see a shrimp a little bit bigger than that copepod!
:)

I never saw a copepod in my tank before. So I've put 2 and 2 together and got 5!
