Not really, the closest I can think of is Helanthium tenellum (previously Echinodorus tenellus v ‘Tenellus’) which will develop some reddish leaves with sufficient light.
SA's post is accurate. I keep it well trimmed in a 20g long with 2x24W T5HO bulbs about 4" from the top of the tank. Good amount of CO2 and ferts. Grows like a weed and is just as red and algae-free as can be.
