I'm planning a low tech heavily planted tank, primarily crypts with some swords and was wondering what everyone's favorite fairly cost effective plant tabs were. I've chased Osmocote pearls around a tank before and would rather not go that route, but are there any other options out there as an alternative?

Ive only used seachems and the home made osmocote. I dont think one works better than the other. I'm currently chasing pearls to ha.
