I would suggest this, they are only $34 and they are awesome! I converted all my shrimp tanks to these awesome lights. Really makes my shrimp come to life! I haven't had much problem growing moss and some java ferns and the algae stays at a minimum, I don't use anything in my shrimp tanks so this is what I went with.

Here is a picture of my Nano tank with the clip on light. I also have these on all my 10g and they do great there also.

Thanks for the information guys. I think I have my mind set on the Fugeray-R, but if I need to save money for other needed tank purchases, I'll consider going with the clamp and CFL bulb.
