Chasing is classic behavior in shoaling fish such as rasboras, but it will not harm any of the fish involved as long as there are at least 8 to 10 fishing the school. By the way, you might want to up the number of danios for the same reason, as even if they are not harassing other fish they may be nervous and short lived in such small numbers.
