Note, I do have mini ramshorn snails, and while I've cleaned off all visible snails from these plants, eggs are a possibility. No algae issues in the tank, and no algae I can find on the plants.

L. Sessiflora

I have at least a dozen 8"+ long stems. This is a quarantine plant in Oregon, so it cannot be sold or shipped (LFS had no idea...). With enough light, these start to turn a wonderful red on top. An extremely helpful plant for cycling, but it does grow extremely fast.

H. Corymbosa

About a dozen 6"+ long stems. A few trimmings reached the top and may have a bit of a melted (and reddish) look. Thank Hoppy got these ;)

L. Aromatica

Pulled a few stems from my work tank. They are healthy but there was just not enough light there to turn them purple. They are in my shrimp tank for now, but I'll pull them if you'd like them. You'll need good light and probably CO2 for best color.

M. Pteropus v. windelov

Java Fern Windelov. Pulled from my work tank. 3 small and 1 medium size plants.

I also have small amounts of xmass moss and S. Repens that were just moved back to my home tank. The S. Repens do have diatoms I'm cleaning up.

These are totally free to anyone willing to meet up and get them, but if you wanted to trade anything, especially floaters or micro swords, I'd love that! I live and work in Beaverton near Nike HQ.

Well, no takers, so the trimmings are going in the trash. Rescaped the work tank today, so the rest is going back there. Maybe I'll post again in a couple weeks when I do another big trimming :)

You know I'd actually like some of both of the Limnophila and some mini ramshorns, and I'd send funds to cover shipping.

I'm on the Southern Oregon Coast.

Hey GrampsGrunge, I can definitely ship you some plants the next time I do a trim. I just had another batch of CRS babies, so I won't be working in the tank for a couple of weeks (plus my last trim was pretty massive).

Unfortunately, I can't ship the L. Sessiflora as I have been told it is illegal to ship. I do have a lot of other plants that I could include though. RWaters was extremely generous and sent me a bunch of the following:

Floaters
Pistia stratioes (Dwarf Water Lettuce)
Salvinia minima (Water Spangles)
spirodela polyrrhza (Giant Duckweed)

He also sent me Subwassertang and an unknown moss that he thinks might be Flame Moss.

I'll let you know next time I trim!

That's cool, Yeah I've got a small BCS tank going. I'm starting on my own shrimp colony myself.

Do you have any Rotala Indica/Rotundifolia?

Nice! Unfortunately, I don't have either of those. Not a huge fan of indica, but I love rotundifolia. If you are needing some and don't have a good LFS that carries them, I might be able to pick some up for you. Pretty sure they had them at World of Wet Pets last time I was there ;)

I'll wait on your next trim.

Our local stores are two Mini Pet Marts, they seem to sell more cigarettes than fish and fish supplies. We used to have a good LFS 10 years back, they're all gone now.

btw, Thanks.
Hi,

I'd be interested in meeting up when you're ready for your next trim, sparing whatever GrampsGrunge wants above. I live in Beaverton near Tigard so I can meet locally without issue. Interested in a bit of everything you listed above, as available. :)

Sounds great. It will probably be a couple of weeks before I really trim. I've got like 50 baby CRS in here right now too, so I'm hoping they'll be a bit bigger and easier to avoid by then :)

Sounds good! See you then. :)
Well, plants were trimmed again today. I just replanted the tops since nobody got back to me, and I'll wait until weather is more friendly. Not sure if there would be delays at this point or not.

Very welcome! So funny that they wouldn't let go of that moss - they just really wanted to go on an adventure
