So I've had one rummy nose tetra die of this, and now a month later it seems one of my Cardinals is doing the same.

The sick fish have their tail pointed down, face pointed up, and constantly swim in circles or like they can't figure out what direction they want to go.

Parameters are all normal and all other fish are fine. Anyone know what this is? Thanks

Dont know but will guess, swim bladder disorder. But usually its tail up head down, or sink or float.

Epsom salts is the goto medicine for swim bladder problems. If the fish does a lot of stop start swimming with long stops, the disease may be a bit too far along to do anything about it.
