I have some of these came in with some plants I had gotten. These, from my understanding, don't get much bigger than what yours look to be. I believe their technical name is planorbis arnoldi.
Ramshorns most people are familiar with have the shells going straight up and down. These ramshorns you have though, are like most snails and help eat algae and dead plants/fish and leftover food. So they're beneficial to help with tank maintenance. Don't overfeed, and keep your tank clean and their population won't spin out of control.
