I came home from work today and noticed a protrusion on my female ram by her eye and on further inspection found a similar problem on the male. They look like worms to me, but I have no idea what they are or how to treat them. They also appear under the skin on the sides of the fish especially on the female.

They are in a 75 gallon planted tank with rummynose, swordtails, danios and some cory cats. I have a 10 gallon QT tank that is not set up, but the filter media is inside my canister filter on the big tank.

The rams were the last fish added about 6 months ago.

Hopefully the pictures are worth a thousand words.

Thanks for the help.

Chris
