I know this has been beaten to death--but any help is appreciated as I'm going to buy everything today. I know if capped with sand, regular ada aquasoil would eventually rise to the top.

Would this be the same for the powder? I've used the reg size and the powder looks quite a bit smaller. Could I get away with capping it?
