How long should a buyer wait before filing a paypal claim? And how many email attempts to the person with no response should you wait before filing a claim.

I ask because I got that lovely fungus from a seller on some of my shrimp I bought come them, well all bout 3 of that type of shrimp.


Wondering because it is day four and 6 emails and other social media ways of contacting them with nothing back.


Just seeing if I am jumping to conclusions.

Was sent as a normal payment I learned the hard way a year back. I am going to give it 5 days which will be tomorrow and then a claim will be issued. I like the buyer and have bought from him before had a bump or 2 but always makes it right. But I got them acclimated thought I thought 3 came berried then a week in i went to isolate one to count the offspring and noticed it was not berries but a fungus pulled them all and some had a little looked like it was starting and some so much looked like berries.

Ahhhh!

True, sucks though I am down to 5 left now out of 20. The all seem to get it and 3 days later full blown and basically they pass

Good news he got back to me and we are communicating! Glad i waited because I would like the patients to with a busy life like we most have

Can you guys clearly make out the fungus on this shrimp? He is telling me he cannot

Yeah, I know he can see it. I think it is that parasite refernced.

Update, the seller and I might not be seeing eye to eye on this as his last email. Will keep all updated on the situation. As it looks like it may turn ugly. I am trying my best to keep it smooth and give him every chance to make it right. As I would still like to keep it on the up and up. But I dont know at this point. Sent a email last night and we will see how it goes.

I have asked, well he refunded me for the shrimp that showed up dead on that order. I had the box show up smashed and 20 carbon rillis dead, some prl I bought dead. The other set of PRL alive, and the infected 20 orange rilli

It is a shame, I like allot of the product he sells. The orange rilli outside of the parasite, looked amazing. The prl that were alive looked good too. But, you can have the best product and the worst customer service and it makes it all look bad.

I a. A busy guy and I travel all over the US for work, and some times it takes me a little maybe a day or so to get back to people. But if I have someone's money I am on it quick. I can only ship sat most of the time because I travel or am at work from 5am until 6 or 7 pm. So I understand all aspects, my mind set changes when I have someone's money though
