Hey guys, I have a planted 25ish gallon tank with Italian Val, an Amazon Sword, some Dwarf Sag, and some Ludwigia. I recently made some DIY root tabs and I put about 10 in there. Is this ok?
Also, I want to switch out the light bulb to a Phillips 30 watt 4100k fluorescent bulb. Will this grow plants? I have a 5000k 100 watt CFL light bulb on my 20 gallon planted and all my plants grow very well. The light I want to get is about 2000 to 2800 lumens. Will this blind the fish. I have Guppies BTW.
Thanks!

6500k CFL is what I would go for, has the most PAR. Ive never tried a 4100k, but you probably would have a larger part of the spectrum thats not being used. And I put tabs under/close too the base of each plant, so it really depends on how have plants you used and whta kind of DIY tabs you are using
