I am mineralizing top soil and my question is this...after spreading the mud out to dry, do you re moisten ( and keep moist ) or scoop it up when dry and re soak for a day?

You can do both, the bacteria work best when they are damp but not wet

I wouldnt think that it really matters that much. Just going through the process several times to make sure you get the job done.
