I'm tore down my existing setup to move it into a 75 gallon. I removed the gravel cap and then removed the MGOCPM.

Would it be ok to reuse the dirt or should I start fresh?

If it's less than a year 'used' I would continue tanking on it.
(would be a good time to recharge though LOL and it's cheap enough)

I should have mentioned in my OP it is a year and a half old.

Replace it, after using it for a year and a half your plants have probably depleted a lot of available nutrients.

It's so cheap to replace you'd be nuts not to!

I think I have enough left over from when I changed my other tank over to dirt.

I would do 50/50 old/new. There no point using new soil.
Soil doesn't run out of nutrients at all.
